The Mobi-Pay solution from Allied Systems leverages contactless technology to help make transactions fast, secure and convenient. They allow consumers to use a specially designed form factor to facilitate a prepaid payment rather than using cash, credit cards or debit cards, and without carrying a wallet or purse.

Mobi-Pay form factors like stickers, mini-cards, or wristbands, have a prepaid amount loaded on them and are able to make contactless prepaid payments. How It Works

The Mobi-Pay mini-card is a smaller version of a standard gift card that can be attached to a key chain or other ring attachment. The Mobi-Pay sticker can be adhered to a customer’s personal item - cell phone, employee badge or MP3 player. After purchasing the Mobi-Pay form factor, the consumer then pays for their purchase by simply waving or tapping the Mobi-Pay form factor in front of a contactless reader at the point-of-sale (POS).

Beyond the terminal, the secure transaction uses the existing gift card processing infrastructure. Though the end result is the same as if a cashier had swiped a card, this technology makes the purchasing experience more convenient and rewarding for the consumer.
